My mission is to help you use AI in a way that amplifies that humanity instead of eroding it. Tools can handle repetition and admin. You handle connection, insight, and transformation. Together we make sure your business reflects that.
Because in the end, your greatest differentiator isn’t the tech you use – it’s who you are when you work with the people you serve. My work is about putting that humanity at the centre of your business, and letting AI quietly support it in the background.
Why work with me?
I’m an NLP Trainer, Coach, and former senior tech leader who now helps NLP professionals bring AI into their businesses in a way that stays ethical, precise, and deeply human.
I’ve spent more than 25 years in technology – starting as a developer, then moving into senior leadership roles where I led teams, projects, and change inside large organisations. I understand how systems work, how people work, and what it really takes to turn ideas into something that actually functions in the real world.
In 2003, alongside my tech career, I trained as an Executive and NLP Coach and began working with small businesses and entrepreneurs. Since then I’ve coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of people – from start‑ups to established experts – across topics like leadership, business growth, personal transformation, and communication.
Over the past year, I’ve gone deep into AI with one clear focus: how can we use these tools in a way that honours the heart of NLP – precision, ethics, and genuine human change work – instead of diluting it? I experiment, test, and break things so my clients don’t have to. I know what actually saves time and enhances your impact, and what simply creates more noise and AI fatigue.

Qualifications...
I first qualified as a coach in 2004, working on an award‑winning project supporting women in business from minority groups using coaching and NLP.
I went on to qualify in Business and Executive Coaching with B/Coach and, in 2008, became a trainer of NLP, NLP Coaching and Time Line Therapy techniques. I am an NLP Master Coach and Hypnosis Master Practitioner. I also use intuitive coaching to help you get the results you want. I’ve created the unique “Facilitating Magic” system that combines these advanced practices with practical strategy and now, carefully chosen AI tools, to support your success.
